Just took some shots of the tree across the road. The street light was making it look really strange, almost superimposed, against the evening sky.
This is what the world would look like if it was night and day at exactly the same time.

Here is an iddy biddy mouse eating some of my banana cake. Needless to say, s/he munched it down in no time and seemed very happy with the find.

Made the most of the smattering of sunshine this afternoon and took my newly completed terrarium outside to get some snaps.
I wish I had more space to make more and/or the attention span to keep a live one, well, alive.
Plastic aquarium plants and little creatures suit me quite nicely to be honest :)

I keep forgetting to post things to the right blog. Ugh.

Had a little Slow worm visit the garden yesterday.
I got an eco-friendly cardboard birdhouse from mum for xmas and put it outside to see how it’d weather. Didn’t look strong enough to support a nest, let’s say that much, so it’s been drifting about the garden for the last few months. Mum moved it from behind a tree stump yesterday and that’s when this chap turned up.
We think he was living in my bird box. SQUEEEEEEE! SLOW WORM COTTAGE ^_^

Mum came up with a new name for this rocky Road recipe I found the other day. I present Lummy Yum.
My word, they taste AMAZING. I’m just too damn good at this.

So I tried out my Ikea cutters the other day!
Shame it was on a really horrible recipe :( Gonna smoosh them and make some kind of artery-clogging chocolatey biscuit-based chocolate cake.
